Fab-My Friend Silje
I really really LOVED that AC scalloped pp but it was too busy as a whole piece for me to use so I cut the center out haphazardly and used it to frame my layout. I also used my pinked deco scissors to add some more shape into the layout as well as texture. I added that cute little birdy rub on onto the fence in the photo for a cute touch.

I <3
I cut another haphazard frame here and used it to matte my focal point for my layout. I also cut a couple jagged strips to the bottom of the layout to balance it out. Some more hand cutting to add a bit of a personal touch to this way. I also used the houndstooth journaling card that came with the kit and cut out the center and used it for the journaling but used the patterened pieces for photo corners. I ffinished it off with some of those great Tinkering Ink Rub Ons.

Presh To Us
I really loved that heart patterned paper from AC but the hearts once they were cut out were rather flat to me so I used my AC slick writer and doodled on them a little bit. I think it adds some more pattern into this layout as well. I hand cut out some of the daisy's in the scalloped AC paper and clustered them with the hearts. I used one of the journaling stickers but cut it apart. I put one piece underneath the photo and the journaling part up at the left hand corner of the page. It visually appealed to me that way.

Retro
I love this picture of my leggings, long shirt dress, leg warmers, and suede slouchy boots. I love the fashion of the 80's! They totally inspire me! I used my pinked deco scissors and rounded 2 of the corners for a fun switch on the shapes in the layout. I crinkled up the ric rac and stapled one end.

Remarks Mini
When I saw the packaging for the journaling stickers, I knew I wanted to make a lil mini book out of it. I took out the staples and took out the sheets of stickers. I used some vintage graph paper in my stash and cut it to fit into the book and stapled it back together. I chose my patterned papers to cover the front and inside of the cover with. I added some of the journaling stickers and embellishments in the appropriate places. With my 24th Birthday on the 12th of this month, I want to use this book to journal about 24 goals I have for me this year.
