Amber Skolnick
Hey. I'm Amber and I live in Salt Lake City
with my husband. I have always loved photos. I even have a
shoebox of photos that I hoarded when I was a little girl.
I was the same way with stickers, but at that age I wasn't
quite sure what to do with them, I just knew that I had to
have them. When I discovered scrapbooking about 10 or so years
ago, I knew that I had "found" a hobby and my photos
married my stickers. I love scrapbooking because you can give
a little more personality to the photos you love, you can
tell a story. Right now I am obsessed with paint, stamps,
and tape. I am also currently preoccupied with trying to make
new photos look old. It's a silly thing, but I think it's
cool. Hmmm... what else to tell you? I am on the "Love,
Elsie" design team and I love my coffee. I also love
Polaroids and reading memoirs. I am excited to be a guest
designer this month for Sweet Spuds! Thank you Gina for giving
me this opportunity!
