Guarantee: You are guaranteed a kit for the months listed
in your subscription. Please print a copy of your receipt for
your records.
Automatic Payments:When you purchase your subscription,
keep in mind that the same credit card/PayPal account will be
used for all of your automatic payments.
Timing of Payments: Your automatic payments will occur
on the same calendar day of the month as the day you purchased
your subscription. (Example: If you purchase the May-July subscription
on April 19th, then your three payments will occur automatically
on April 19th, May 19th, and June 19th.)
Continuing a Subscription: After your subscription ends,
you must purchase a new subscription to continue receiving kits.
Skipping: Unfortunately we are unable to offer skipping
months.
Cancelling: If you need to end your subscription early
please email us at contact@mysweetspuds.com
and we will work out the details on a case-by-case basis. There
is a $20 fee for cancelling a subscription.
Other Payment Options: If you would like to pay the
entire 3 or 6 month subscription in one lump sum, just email
us at contact@mysweetspuds.com
and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the total cost of
the subscription.
Insurance: If you would like to purchase insurance for
your kit, just let us know. It is $1.80 and insures your product
for delivery issues. This option is highly recommended for international
shipments.
